The Universe is not only queerer than we suppose, but queerer than we can suppose.
-- J.B.S. Haldane, 1927

Was it just a KISS?

He stood on the side,
watching me dance.

Then he himself,
came on to the dance floor.

His body moved so beautifully,
it excited me so,
that I had to meet him and get to know him more.

I told him my name is Gary,
as I said hello.

He smiled and told me his name was Darel.

We only danced, one dance,
then he said he had to go.

But I could not just let him go so easy,
so as we smiled at each other,
our lips meet and we had a kiss,
that I will long remember,
and my heart still holds the glow.

I hope to meet him again,
for I long for even just one more kiss,
from this special human being.
